Liam has created in his small kitchen in west Wales the most yummy and delicious nomnom chocolate bars.
nomnom was launched in november 2011 with a £4000 loan from the Princes Trust when Liam was only 18.
Made from the worlds finest cacao, combined with the very best Welsh ingredients from local producers.
