We take payments through PayPal. All orders are shipped for delivery within 3-5 business working days from receipt of payment. We use tracked postage for all deliveries. Sadly the fforest elves do not work on weekends and on bank holidays so no orders can be sent out until the following working day. If you would like to make changes to your order you must do so before submitting your payment. Any changes are a little more tricky once a payment has been placed, but if you contact us we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are happy to make an exchange or refund. We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return it back to us within 14 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. All items that are returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost when shipping back to us so we recommend you send back via a service that requires a signature. Please include your original invoice with the package. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return as along as all of the above terms have been adhered to. However the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.
